Role Summary/Purpose:

The Nordic Clinical Education Manager will deliver increased customer satisfaction and drive digital transformation with respect to our customer training, education and support, while unlocking IB revenue potentials.

Further responsibility includes continuous development of our Clinical Education Specialists team and ensuring a closer interface to customers to resolve critical issues faster.

The role will report to the Nordic Imaging Modality Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage the Nordic clinical education specialist (CES) population for Imaging
Drive transformation of clinical education delivery
Design metrics for transformation success
Develop the strategy for clinical education together with the Nordic Imaging management
Drive commercial activities for IB
Run the ?cockpit? of application support in Nordic
Be an authority internally and externally w.r.t. clinical application related topics
Continuously develop the CES team
Build a funnel of candidates and hire for the future
Make clinical application a central part of the commercial team

Qualifications/Requirements:

University degree
At least significant years of experience from healthcare
Experience from clinical education
Deep domain expertise in at least one imaging modality
Nordic language(s) and fluent English
