hela Sverige The Global Trainer Team is responsible for international customer education and training courses on product knowledge within the DENTSPLY Implants product portfolio. We are now looking for a Clinical Education Manager.
DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities include implementing and conducting international programs and trainings including training of surgical and technical/dental technical procedures step by step. The position also includes internal training enabling our sales force and national trainers to be competent business partners for our customers. You will perform lecturing and support of podium events, compile material and create presentations and education material for clinical training purposes. You will assist in customer support in clinical questions and complaint handling. The position is a permanent employment and will be located at our site in Mölndal, Sweden. You will report to the Senior Clinical Education Manager, located in Mannheim, Germany.
QUALIFICATIONS
The person we are looking for should have a dental background, preferably dentist or dental technician with experience from clinical work. Experience in adult education and training skills as well as in presenting, lecturing, moderating and conceptual matters is a requirement. It is important that you can interact with different kinds of customer groups and create strong relationships through effective communication and listening skills. You should be well-organized and have the ability to work independently and take both responsibility and initiative. The job requires that you speak and write English fluently and it involves international travelling.
