hela Sverige We are now looking for a Client Partner to manage one of our clients in the Swedish market. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Some travel will be required, both in the Nordics and occasionally to India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build & Nurture Client relationship in the geography
• Account Management, Stakeholder Management, Demand Creation, Achieve Revenue & Pipeline Targets
• Identifying and proposing Potential Solution & Offerings to clients
• Crafting appropriate Value Propositions using Business Value Metrics (BVM)
• Coordinating and working with Pre-Sales & Delivery teams for new proposals
• Providing relationship specific workforce planning data
• Defining Strategy and Governance for Projects & AMS Engagements
• Monitor, assess & evaluate the engagement and propose key improvements to CxO level stakeholders
• Conduct and provide key status updates for Monthly Steering committee meetings with the C-Level stakeholders
• Resource On-boarding, Resource Management, Utilization, Weekly / Monthly Operations Review
• Review Delivery plans & Budget
• Building relationship with Key executives and understand CSF's and enrich customer research
• Works with account team to create Business Case Studies
PROFILE
• At least 13 years of relevant experience
• Industrial and Market Trends
• Stakeholder Management,
• Identifying and proposing Potential Solution & Offerings to clients
• Defining Strategy and Governance for Projects & AMS Engagements
• Monitor, assess & evaluate the engagement and propose key improvements to CxO level stakeholders
