hela Sverige Are you a skilled Engineer with a focus on Client management using Microsoft products? This is an opportunity for you to join a highly skilled and ambitious team in an expansive international environment.
H&M is looking for service oriented planning and design client engineer to service area Desktop which is a part of the Infrastructure and Operation division. In service area Desktop we are working with client management and we are responsible for end user services globally. You will be part of the Workplace Architecture team within H&M.
We are passionate about problem solving, analyzing and to keep a strong focus on constant improvement of the service and team delivery and we think you have the same mindset. In your role you will be responsible for service design within areas such as Microsoft Windows, SCCM and Intune, Office 365, Active Directory, Citrix Xenapp and Xendesktop. Your work will cover producing technical solution design for appointed responsibility areas. You will also create service designs to find long term solutions to technical challenges and business demands.

Your responsibilities
• Participate in design solutions for new functions and services with our suppliers and vendors
• Review and approve design solutions created by suppliers
• Control that the architectural solution aligns with service portfolio & demands
• Create Solution Architecture, Service Design, IT architectural policies and standards according to H&M Enterprise Architecture principles and strategy
• Documentation of guidelines, processes and routines for appointed responsibility area
• Participate in H&M architecture board and multilateral architecture boards

And your skills include:
• Documented deep technical and architectural knowledge within Client Management and End User Services area.
• The ability to understand business needs and accordingly design new services or infrastructure functionality to support those in order to add value to our business.
• Several years of experience of global IT-environments
• Experience and knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
• Experience and knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent Architectural frameworks
• Experience and understanding of Data Privacy implications on architecture
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
• Experience of Service delivery and operations from an outsourcing vendor is a plus
• Experience of creating and reviewing high and low level design
