Job Summary
An exciting opportunity opens within Services Supply Network. Could you imagine yourself in a challenging position, working in close collaboration with colleagues within Services Supply Network and cross Tetra Pak, being an important player for Tetra Pak's future?
Services Supply Network (SSN) is the organization within Tetra Pak Services which purchases and distributes spare parts and other physical goods to the full Tetra Pak customer base. A key success factor to keep our customers satisfied with the service we provide is to have an efficient, professional, and customer-centric Customer Service function globally. To fulfil the needs, we have eight distribution centres globally and four regional administration centres (SAC), where SSN focuses on making sure our customers get superior support to run their operations in the best way.
Services Supply Network Europe handles spare part order administration for Tetra Pak customers in Europe, Türkiye, Caucasus & Central Asia and Maghreb. Together we service ~4000 customer sites in thirteen languages.
We are looking for a Continues Improvement Driver (CI Driver) who will drive continues improvement cross SSN Europe to improve efficiency and productivity. We are aiming towards more automation and digitalisation to enable our teams to put their focus on customer value adding tasks. As CI driver you are key together with the managers to enable this focus.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden and is a permanent position.
What you will do
As CI Driver you will:
Use Customer feedback to drive productivity improvements with both internal and external stakeholders.
Drive, coordinate and promote the implementation of digital automation and data analytics.
Drive and coordinate continues improvement activities and secure fast and effective implementation and expansion of best practices.
Together with team managers drive operational excellence in terms of quality, efficiency, and customer service.
In collaboration with team managers and CI Drivers establish visual digital tools to monitor and follow up performance and best practice sharing.

Who you are
We believe you have excellent networking and communication skill, and the ability to manage change in a challenging environment. You are excellent at analysing data, identifying patterns, and using root cause analysis techniques to understand process inefficiencies or problems. You think critically and propose effective solutions.
The successful candidate has several years of experience in Customer Service organizations and is used to work with cross organizational communications and improvements. You enjoy working in a high paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results.
Preferably you have experience from informal leadership and have a university degree or other equivalent education. You are service minded and collaborative with excellent communication skills. Communication must be pro-active, fast, and accurate and of course you are fluent in English, both verbally and written. Analytical skills as well as proficient understanding of digital tools and automation, like excel and power BI, are also important to be able to develop and drive productivity.
