We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect who will shape our technical landscape and guide our development teams to build innovative solutions. With access to data from over 600,000 connected vehicles, we have the potential to make a real difference in the industry and lead the way in sustainable transport.
What will you do:
You will be a member of our management team and an enablement team who supports our autonomous development teams.
Additionally you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an architectural strategy that ensures scalability, security and sustainability.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our digital solutions seamlessly with our other systems and processes, while also driving a data-driven approach that provides valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Who are you:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digitalization and a proven record of guiding a tech organization through strategy and vision.
You should also have strong technical skills in designing scalable and secure solutions based on AWS.
Experience in IoT-solutions and cyber security is a big plus! In addition, you should have a deep knowledge of architectural design in data analytics and data-driven solutions, and a passion for sustainability best practices.
As a leader, you should be committed to empower, engage and develop your co-workers and teams, while communicating expectations and providing honest feedback that helps them to improve.
You should also have a deep understanding of the agile manifesto and what it truly stands for, as well as the ability to adapt your leadership skills to different situations.
