hela Sverige Like working Agile? Burning for customer and product analytics? We have just the role for you! Our amazing Analytics department at ICA banken in our HQ in Solna is now looking for a proactive leader to coordinate the work between Business, IT & Analytics and run our Agile journey.
This is your future job
Our Analytics delivery organization consists of six delivery teams, and about 20 people in total, directed by the Product Owners. As a Chief Product Owner you will contribute to maximising the agile flow through increased delivery, efficiency and productivity, between these Product Owners and our internal customers. You will guide them in the right direction to reach new heights in developing the best solutions for our external customers.
This means that you would, among other things:
* Lead the work of establishing an agile organisation, including forums, processes and working methods in the area.
* Build and lead an efficient PO organisation so that the right tasks are prioritized and implemented.
* In close collaboration with the PMO organisation and the Value streams, establish the necessary collaboration model to ensure optimised access to resources in both IT and Analytics.
* Support the business areas to deliver clear and well-defined targets to enable efficient development and delivery of Analytics products and services.
* Work closely with Analytics Competence Leads to contribute to the establishment and further development of ICA Banken's overall Analytics strategy and framework.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have:
* 2+ years of formal leadership experience from a product organisation within an analytics team or in close collaboration with Analytics.
* Experience in defining and driving an agile product delivery roadmap with Product Managers / Owners and coaching them through a growth phase.
* Genuine interest in the Analytics domain and ability to translate corporate strategy to analytics initiatives and tasks.
* Good balance of analytical knowledge and business expertise
* Fluency in English and at least intermediate understanding of Swedish
On top of this you will really excel in this role if you also have some of the following:
* Experience from banking / finance / insurance industry is an advantage
* Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
* Previous experience using JIRA and/or MS DevOps
* Proven experience / certification as an Agile Coach / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus
We see you as a genuine, upbeat self-starter with excellent project and product management skills and competence to manage multiple tasks effectively. A strong communicator with ability to customize messaging to reach different audiences and with a natural ability to rally others around the big picture. In other words, you have been told that you can engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders with ease. Most of all, you like to drive collaboration and alignment, and have the helicopter view. The job also requires a lot of structure and planning, so we hope you like to organize and prioritize.
