Today we're entering a phase of rapid growth within the Nordics and beyond. As such we're looking for a Chief Growth & Product Officer that can lead our product strategy and implementation with a focus on sustainable, scalable growth.
Who we are
Braive offers a mental health treatment platform that helps clients and supports clinicians by delivering evidence-based treatment programs (ICBT), diagnostic screenings, and AI-supported clinical tools. By utilizing AI and ML, we can go beyond traditional research in predicting treatment trajectories and recommending effective treatment protocols.
We're a multidisciplinary team in the intersection of psychology and computer science, dedicated to crafting seamless and effective treatment experiences. Everyone works towards the same goal, contributing with their unique skill sets and perspectives.
Your mission
Your primary focus as Chief Growth & Product Officer will be crafting and executing Braive's product strategy. To drive growth you'll sharpen and expand on our existing product portfolio, carefully ensuring that we're aligned with market needs, continually provide value to our users, and retain our position at the frontier of mental health technology.
You need to be goal-driven and unafraid to roll up your sleeves -- whether it's workshopping new product initiatives, conducting user and market research, or working directly with potential clients -- you must be ready to get involved throughout the entirety of growth and product.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Braive's product-led growth strategy by engaging and activating key stakeholders across the entire organization
Nurture Braive's product-led growth culture; identify and prioritize needed development to ensure long-term sustainable growth
Lead the product organization, including managing team & individual performance
Help validate and expand Braive's B2B SaaS business direction by taking part in sales, marketing, and general business discussions and initiatives
As needed, roll up your sleeves and execute on initiatives that impact growth and product in other areas

You have:
A deep understanding of SaaS business models and KPIs
A background in product development, working closely with marketing & sales
Experience leading, coaching, and growing teams
Experience working in EU markets
The ability to travel to existing and new markets as needed
Fluency in English (C1 or higher)

Will be a plus:
Previous work experience in health tech, SaaS, or software firms
Recent hands-on experience working directly with product development, including agile methodologies
