Our advanced benchmarking platform, Era Vision, operates on big data in several countries and automatically identifies potential for hospitals to improve quality of care and reduce cost. Era Vision also enables payers (e.g. regions or insurance companies) to manage value based payment models that focus on results rather than activity (i.e. hospitals are paid for providing health rather than health care).
Today, we are world leading in our field and are now expanding to several international markets. To accelerate this growth, we are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer that can drive the commercial success and take a global perspective on market opportunities.
Your role as Chief Commercial Officer
As CCO you will have full responsibility ofcommercializingIvbars products, tasksincluding but not limited to:
• P&L responsibility for international markets
• Support CEO in development of strategic plan
• Support CPO in development of product plan
• Develop and execute on market plan for each market including:- Market research
• Commercial/pricing models
• Sales targets
• Partnerships with integration companies for establishing pilots
• Set up efficient sales processes
• Develop sales and marketing material
• Manage PR/PA
• Set up and lead customer C- and government level meetings
• Develop and manage template agreements
• Manage public procurement processes
• Manage sales managers in each country as direct reporting
• Periodic reporting to CEO (and board)
You will be part of the management team, report to the CEO and work closely with the Chief Business Development Manager and the Chief Product Officer.
Your skills and qualifications
We believe you have at least ten years work experience with the following qualifications:
• Significant experience of platform sales to the healthcare sector in Europe
• Significant experience of building and managing a sales organizations
• Significant experience of developing sales and marketing material
• Significant experience of public affairs/public relations
• In depth experience of using CRM-software, excel etc.
• BSc/MSc or MBA in business, marketing, finance or relevant field
