hela Sverige Business Programs & Governance, Global Sales is now looking for a new team member who can handle our activities related to the Channel Partner Program (CPP). The Program is the heart of our business model, so could you just imagine the possibilities connected to this role!
Who is your future team?
The Business Programs & Governance team consists of several areas, e.g. Distribution, End customers, Industry segments (retail & smart cities) and Channel Partner Program. All with the aim of upholding common global framework where we work closely with representatives from the regional sales offices, colleagues within Global Sales organization as well as functions at Axis headquarters.
The role as a Channel Partner Program Manager, Global Sales
As, Channel Partner Program Manager you will be responsible for maintaining, strengthening, and developing Axis Channel Partner Program. Axis business keeps evolving and your role is to continuously develop the program. In this role you also support the sales region representatives and develop material to be used for internal training.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or other related area
* A couple of years in sales position. Preferably from different sales positions. Experience from the market is a plus.
* Previous experience in working with partner programs.
* Experience from working with indirect sales model is a plus.
* Individual that is 'lyhörd' and with a good sense of humor
* Experience in strategic planning
* Experience in implementing initiative(s) in multiple sales regions.
Travel is required. Approx. 25-30 days per year, but could be more. You can always plan you trips yourself in alignment with your manager and the team
