In our team, Program Enablement (SNDE), we are a diverse team with the mission of driving the TRATON & Scania Procurement transformation into a new Process & IT Landscape, enabled by SAP and other best of breed solutions.
We are looking for someone to join us on this amazing journey, and to take the strategic lead in change management and implementation.
Your tasks
As a Change & Implementation Lead, you will take on an important role within our TRATON Procurement Program.
You will belong to our team but your tasks will include vast cross-functional and cross-company contacts, strategic project management and coordination.
You will be responsible for driving the activities related to change management and implementation within the Procurement domain.
Your main objective will be to prepare and ensure that the organisation (from leadership to end user) are ready for the transformational steps and take proper actions to enable a smooth transition.

You are well-organized and value planning. On a day-to-day basis, you need to be able to inspire and lead others by setting clear expectations and communicating these in a skillful manner. You have a relevant University-degree and value working together with a driven and diverse team.
