The transformative power of AI will revolutionize our industry and we are currently in search of a Change Lead AI Transformation to seize these opportunities and accelerate our digitalization journey. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing an AI strategy and roadmaps. You will collaborate with stakeholders in the Volvo Group to shape AI policies and standards and ensure their successful implementation at Penta. We are seeking an individual with a creative and innovative mindset who can inspire and motivate all business areas of Volvo Penta. This person should be capable of demonstrating how AI and Hyperautomation can transform our processes, products, and services.
As Change Lead AI Transformation, you will be become an integral part of the cross-functional team within Volvo Penta Digital & IT organization and report directly to the Head of Data. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and passionate colleagues, drive our AI and Hyperautomation journey, collaborate with colleagues across the globe within Volvo Penta and Volvo Group, and grow professionally in an international environment.
The position is based at Volvo Penta headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. Occasional travel outside Gothenburg is expected.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Take a leading role in formulating and developing an AI strategy and roadmaps that align with the organization's digitalization journey.
Ideate use cases with the business stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for AI and Hyperautomation.
Build proof of concepts and pilots with generative AI, machine learning and Hyperautomation to test ideas and hypothesis
Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI and Hyperautomation solutions within Volvo Penta and with peers in the Volvo Group.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the Volvo Group to shape AI policies and standards and to ensure successful implementation at Volvo Penta.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards for AI and Hyperautomation.
Drive awareness and foster adoption of AI and Hyperautomation through compelling success stories and case studies.
Stay up to date with the latest AI and Hyperautomation technologies and trends.
Identify new technologies and innovations to improve our AI capabilities.
Monitor and report on the progress of AI initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science and Hyperautomation
Experience in building proof of concepts and pilots to test ideas and hypothesis
Experience in Innovation Management and Digital Transformation
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects from ideation to implementation
Excellent communication and change management skills
Experience from Management Consulting companies is a merit
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of legal and ethical standards for AI and automation
