The position we offer
As a Change Consultant you will be a part of a team consisting of experienced change drivers who support the execution of regulatory projects within Wealth Management.
In this job, you will work within Business Risk Implementation Support (BRIS) in Wealth Management. The purpose of this team is to support the Wealth Management business in being compliant with all relevant regulation and ensuring that risk is managed in a sustainable and compliant way.
Key tasks or responsibilities you might have:
• Drive changes and initiatives across Wealth
• Make creative solutions and maintain a focus on problem solving
• Support the business units with organisational implementation.
• Financial and business analysis
• Challenge status quo
• Engage with areas outside of Wealth and represent the business
The qualifications you need
For this role, we expect that you have relevant experience with driving change and projects.
You have either a Bachelor's or Master's degree within a relevant field combined with practical knowledge with project management. In addition, consultancy experience is preferred, but not required.
On a personal level, you are energetic and motivated by taking initiative. You are always looking at challenges with a positive and problem solving oriented mind-set.
