Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor with the vision that everyone should have the possibility to see a psychologist, regardless of where you live or what your circumstances are. Since then we have helped thousands of people to meet a psychologist via our app, having more than 150 accredited psychologists working for us.

What would you be working with?
Since the start in 2018, Mindler has now successfully launched in both Sweden and in the Netherlands. The ambition is to continue the international expansion, adding more countries at a rapid pace. We just recently announced the successful closing of our series A round and is now well funded to deliver on our mission to make mental health care available for everyone.
To support our growth, we are looking for a hands-on CFO that would like to help us with things like establishing core financial processes, implementing routines for both setting and following up on metrics as well as doing presentation of results both for the management team and to our investors.
Who are you?
Ideally you have been working in a startup or scaleup before and seen rapid growth and international expansion. You have strong leadership skills and are humble enough to work with a variety of tasks as we are still in the early stages of growing the team.
Having strong communication and presentation skills is crucial since you will be working across the team both in Stockholm and also with our locations globally as we grow. Putting structure and processes in place while moving fast is something we think you enjoy and something you will support others to do as well.
Wish list
MSc in business and economics, finance, or similar
Startup experience (including fundraising)
Worked in an international organisation
