We are searching for an engaged CFO to join Orange Sky 's management team, with a sharp business mind and a passion for e-commerce!
Do you get a kick out of working close to the business and challenging old truths? We are entering the next chapter on Orange Sky 's journey and we need you on board to help us navigate.
Examples of what you will do:
As Orange Sky 's CFO you will be a business partner to all the members of Orange Sky 's management team and also the CEO 's right hand. Amongst many exciting things, you'll continuously assess and evaluate Orange Sky's financial performance in relation to operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. We will look for insights and recommendations to both short-term and long-term actions and plans.

Be responsible for all P/Ls, Financial compliance, taxes, bookkeeping, etc.
Monthly reporting to the board of directors.
Be a part of SCM, make sure it is reported according to our internal processes.
Be a part of all brands management teams.
Cash Flow management.
Make sure everything is compliant with K3 and make "koncernredovisning".
Support both strategic and operational initiatives and decisions.
Ensure financial understanding and interest in all functions in the company, as well as possessing a data-driven approach.
Responsible for internal and external personnel.
Actively work for continued growth and improvement of the company's profitability.
Identify and address potential financial risks for the company.
Set and carefully follow financial KPIs.
Overlook all company agreements.
Your profile
You are result-oriented and you have strong commercial acumen - with these two combined you make great things happen in a high pace environment.
You have a holistic view of finance- you can translate numbers into messages that can easily be understood by the rest of the organization.
Your skillset covers both financial and business controlling and you have vast e-com experience. We also believe that you have...
> five years of experience from a managerial role within finance
E-com experience
People leader experience. You are responsible and brave- trust, empathy, and transparency form the foundation of your leadership.
Experience of international business and growth expansion in existing and new geographical markets
Fluency in business English
