hela Sverige IKEA Kållered is now looking for employees to join our Customer Fulfilment team (Logistics). The contract size for this permanent position is 30.6h/week (80%).

Forklift license with forklift experience is an advantage in combination with other abilities, but not a requirement. However, you need to have the will and motivation to drive a forklift truck as one of your tasks together with us in the future. Forklift training is of course provided by us!
To be eligible for this position, the applicant must have turned 18 years of age no later than April 2025.
About this area of work
At IKEA Kållered's Customer Fulfilment function (Logistics), we are a great group of people who work together, with the aim of making the day the best for both our customers and for each other.
At 05:15 a.m. we open the gates on the loading dock to start unloading goods. We handle our goods in our daily operations by replenishing goods, picking customer orders, driving forklifts and more. Your task, together with your fantastic colleagues, is to ensure that the goods are available to our customers in a safe and efficient manner. The position places high demands on accuracy, responsibility and the ability to change pace.
Our scheduled working hours vary and are located between 05:15 a.m. -20:30 p.m. A prerequisite is that you enjoy working early in the morning as well as day and evening, and that you need to be able to get to and from IKEA Kållered during these hours, weekdays and weekends. Please note that it is not always possible to travel by public transport for the start at 05:15 a.m. on weekdays and weekends.

The positions are permanent positions of 30.6h/week including 6 months of probationary employment. Start date April 2025 as agreed upon. The working hours are scheduled and vary between 05:15 a.m. -20:30 p.m. You work both on weekdays, every other weekend, daytime and evenings. Salary according to Handels' collective agreement.
