CPAC is 200 employees, owned by Volvo Penta, and located in modern offices in Mölndal and Gothenburg.

Challenge description:
The current CEO is moving to the next challenge within Volvo Penta and we are now looking for a new leader of this highly successful and inspiring business.

As CEO you have full P&L responsibility and report to the CPAC Board of Directors. You will lead the CPAC management team and be responsible to refine and drive a continued profitable growth strategy and plan.

You have a proven ability to build deep understanding of customer value chain and capability to translate this into value adding services & solutions. You have a collaborative approach to customer relations and have proven the ability to forge strong, trustful relations.
* Transformation leadership

You have a demonstrated ability to build a culture to find, retain and develop highly talented people for high performers. You can balance a demanding culture with an environment build on trust. You dare to challenge the conventional to build winning solutions and partnerships.
* Build business

You build business adding value for customers, based on technical solutions. You build and develop constructive partnerships with key partners inside and outside the Volvo Group.
* Performance Management

You are able to create a winning culture performing in several dimensions, including financial, project- and product delivery as well as strategy and growth.
We believe you enjoy working with others in flexible team constellations. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for developing technology solutions and build aprofitable businesses. You work with your team to continuously update skills and capabilities to meet customer challenges today and tomorrow.
We believe you have a University degree. You are certainly fluent in English.
In prioritizing candidates, we will pay attention to matching your profile to team culture, experience, diversity and spirit. The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude and great persona in combination with a strong track record and references.
You will report to the CPAC Board of Directors which consists of senior executives from key customers in the Volvo Group Business Areas and also external directors. The role requires frequent travelling.
