Amring started in Gothenburg 1952. In 2008, Amring was acquired by the family-owned Dutch company PON, an international trading and service group with approximately 13,000 employees in 20 countries. Your Tasks & Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of a new business segment for Amring, i.e. the winter wheel program (OES) for a major car manufacturer.
• Develop and grow the aftermarket business focused on car dealer accounts (B2B).
• Take over full sales responsibility for both business segments, incl. responsibility for revenues & margins and customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategy leadership - including organizational development - in accordance with overall business strategy.
• Identify business opportunities, acquire & develop new customers and be a main driver of future growth.
• Serve as a facilitator, networker and customer expert for Amring and Pon Tyre Group.
• Establish a dynamic and success oriented mind-set within the department.
• Provide an accurate monitoring and controlling for the respective fields of responsibility.
Din profil
Your Background & Skills
• Strong academic background in business administration, management, economics or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of leadership experience in a sales management role, ideally in a comparable business area (e.g. automotive industry, aftermarket/spare parts).
• Proven track record of strong sales performance and the ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.
• Strategic and creative mind set with good intuition for business opportunities.
• Good leadership skills and the ability to develop and form a motivated team.
• Ability to understand and manage a high level of complexity (market structure, distribution system, variety of products, technology).
• Problem solving ability, good analytical skills and detail orientation.
• Very good communication skills.
• Confident and professional appearance at all management levels, also in an international environment.
• A very good command of Swedish and English, German language skills would be an advantage.
