Parts Supply & Logistics is responsible for accessories and spare parts availability for Volvo Cars markets globally. The responsibility includes the entire material flow from supplier to customer. The business is built around central warehouses in Gothenburg, US, China, as well as additional supporting warehouses around the world. The Campaign Coordinator Team is diverse and built on team spirit so you will join a highly motivated team with 4 competent and enthusiastic colleagues.
What you will do
As Campaign Coordinator, you will coordinate and compile information on quality issues and sales activities. You will also ensure that Parts Supply & Logistics has requested quantities in stock before the activity starts. Managing and taking decisions about how to work with quality issues and coordinate relevant groups within Parts Supply & Logistics is also a big part of your tasks. Further, you will follow up of ongoing quality matters and sales campaigns and develop working methods and procedures and coordinate training in these quality matters internally within Parts Supply & Logistics. You will also represent Parts Supply & Logistics both internally and externally in its quality matters.
Qualifications
• At least a B.Sc. within Logistics, Engineering or similar
• 3+ years working experience in Supply Chain preferably within Purchasing Planning and/or Stock Management
• Experience in leading projects
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proven analytical skills
• It's meritorious if you also have knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing
Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key

The position reports to Senior Manager, Purchasing Planning & Campaign Coordination at Forecast & Planning. Location is at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are a global company and you need to be proficient in English, verbally and written, as well as having an interest and ability to travel. Due to GDPR we do not accept applications over email.
