We are a growing Company with a dynamic and vibrant team. We are now seeking a Call Centre Advisor with previous relevant experience to provide first class customer service advice to the company?s direct clients by identifying and providing solutions to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide advice, support and manage enquires and bookings from agents, affiliates and sales offices via in house computer system, telephone, email or fax
• Ensure that all enquiries and requests are managed to a successful conclusion by following guidelines and procedures.
• Deliver a first class customer service and recognise the importance of customer retention and relationships with suppliers/other departments within the organisation.
• Prioritise the workload according to deadlines
• Portrays a professional approach to customers at all times
• Negotiate best possible rates and conditions with suppliers
• Maintain and enhance good business relationships with agents, affiliates and suppliers
• Update IT systems with bookings and other information
The successful candidate will have previous experience in:
Essential:
• Experience working in a customer facing role
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Swedish and either Polish or Russian
• Computer literate
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Accuracy, research skills and attention to details
• Team working skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Resilience and open to working in an ever-changing environment
• A ?can do? approach and willingness to take ownership for decisions
Desirable:
• Travel industry experience
• Travel related qualification
• Knowledge of any other European languages
Hours of work:
This is a full time, permanent role. The core hours of work in the Call Centre are between 8.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday and between 10.00 and 18.00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
