We also have a fast growing consulting company with approximately 60 employees and a broad experience in both product and production development. Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.

Position description:
As a part of the Climate 1D CAE team you will learn and work with a multitude of thermal management systems such as air conditioning, battery cooling, air distribution, controls and engine cooling systems. You will work in a highly integrated environment with other CAE engineers from other agile release trains and together develop virtual vehicle models that allow us to fully test our systems before they are even built.
You will maintain and assist with competence in the fields of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics, and assist in the decision making process of development. We use CAE from the concept phase all the way to the verification phase and the tasks are varied and complex.
We are working according to SAFe, organized in teams within the Climate Comfort Agile Release Train (ART). Product incremental (PI) timing is 12 weeks, divided into 5 2-week sprints and 2 weeks of innovation and planning time. PI planning is done four times a year, on predefined weeks and it is led by the train management team, consisting of product manager, release train engineer and system architect. The ART has 11 teams working with mechanical and SW development supported by a number of support teams. 1D CAE is one of he supports teams to the development teams, having their own backlog.
