hela Sverige We are looking for a Head of oru Business Unit Specialty Medicine in Scandinavia.
The BU Head have the overall commercial responsibility to lead and further build the BU to deliver against it's ambitious current and future targets and to safeguard Bayer's reputation, ensuring that commercial activities are compliant with Bayer values, norms, standards and SOPs.
This position will be based in Sweden, and is reporting to CDH in Scandinavia.
Main tasks and responsibilites:
• Deliver against specific targets of Specialty Medicine.
• Succeed in expanding patient access and sales for the product portfolio.
• Create an inspirational and motivational environment for top talents and high performing teams
• Member of Pharma Scandinavia Management Team
• Remain updated and act proactively on changes affecting the business
Qualifications & Competencies:
• University degree in Business and/or Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years' of experience directly gained from the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in marketing and sales positions within Pharma
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
• Confidence in modern people management
• Leadership experience within a senior role, operating in a matrix organization
• Proven track record in marketing and sales strategy development and implementation
• Solid insight into the Scandinavian healthcare system and decision making of RX-products
• Proactive and excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Experience from stakeholder management and influencing others
• Fluent oral and written in Scandinavian and English language
