ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Solutions Manager at Coor Group, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the successful execution of our cleaning business. The projects you'll handle are diverse, primarily focusing on leading strategic initiatives and transforming our service offerings. In the pursuit of continuous improvement, we are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking professional who can navigate a dynamic environment and contribute to enhancing processes and procedures. Collaboration with departmental colleagues is key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Play an important role in setting the direction for Coor's service development in cleaning.
• Lead and coordinate the development of processes and working methods related to our cleaning service and associated IT systems.
You will report to the VP of Service Development for Cleaning, and the position will be based in our main office in Kista, Stockholm. We offer a hybrid working environment.
WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE
• Experience in leadership or project management.
• Experience within the cleaning business.
• A strong understanding of IT systems, coupled with curiosity about technology and its applications within the FM sector.
• Effective communication skills in Swedish and/or English, both verbal and written.
