We would like to hire a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to take on part of the client responsibility for a large telecom client (equipment vendor) of TCS, headquartered in the region. The role will be reporting into the client partner whom is based abroad. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad (incl India) will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Relationship management with prime objective of running the current business and developing new growth areas for a key client (Telecom - equipment vendor) in the region.
• Identify and create relevant IT services solutions, offerings, suitable value propositions and prepare high quality presentation material in proactive/reactive business pursuits.
• Act as SPOC for any business or operation related escalations.
• Drive RFX responses, liaising with with relevant internal stakeholders, that live up to client requirements.
• Participate in planning sessions, strategy and account/opportunity qualification discussions along with the sales team.
• Contribute in presentations, solution workshops, etc which could be a part of bid process as and when required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 10 years experience in IT outsourcing industry, whereof significant part of the experience from a firm using a Global Delivery Model (experience from working/ collaborating with TCS is a plus).
• Excellent track record from performing a sales/pre-sales role, and some experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model.
• Extensive background from telecom, meaning that the candidate has an in-depth knowledge of telecom equipment vendors, their busiess model, and their challenges.
• Experience working with multiple service horizontals like BPO, IS, etc AND experience from people management in a multi-cultural work environment is a definite plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluentcy in English (written/spoken). If the candidate also has basic knowledge of at least one of the Nordic languages it will be considered an advantage.
