About the Assignment
We are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of business-focused initiatives in a structured and collaborative environment. The role involves working across functions such as purchasing, logistics, HR, and finance, with a focus on planning, coordination, follow-up, and steady project execution.
Job DescriptionCoordinate and manage projects across business functions and related initiatives.
Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and create detailed project plans.
Identify resource needs and support effective project delivery.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates on cost, timeline, and staffing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant quality standards.
Identify risks and obstacles and implement actions to keep projects on track.
Support larger transformation initiatives and manage smaller projects independently when relevant.
Coordinate vendor-related activities, follow up on deliverables, and ensure alignment with the overall project plan.
Requirements2-5 years of relevant project management or coordination experience.
Practical knowledge gained through education and professional experience.
Ability to manage smaller projects independently or contribute to larger projects under the guidance of a senior project manager.
Experience coordinating teams, schedules, resources, and project follow-up.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with general supervision.
