As part of this journey, we are introducing a new role as Business Process Manager - Plan to Inventory, to be part of building the next chapter.
This is what you will do
As a Business Process Manager - Plan to Inventory, you will be responsible for the development and governance of the end-to-end Business Processes within your area. This means that you will be accountable to create, structure and document all business processes within Plan to Inventory. An important part of this is to ensure the organization understands and uses the processes, working with several stakeholders all over the organization but mainly within Operations and Supply Chain.
Your role also consists of being the business representative in projects impacting your processes, prioritizing among business requirements, and leading maintenance and developments forums. You will also be responsible that all process related documentation and training materials are accurate and available.
You will be part of a dynamic team of four Business Process Managers, working cross Nordic countries. In this position travelling will occur, mainly within the Nordic countries.
The position is located either at our global head office in Stockholm or our office in Malmö, and you will report to Manager Business Processes.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- A relevant academic degree.
- A few years of experience working within business process management production and/or supply chain.
- Experience in business development using business processes.
- Experience with applications used in business processes, enabling a good collaboration with Business Solution Specialists.
- Experience in producing process maps and ability to convert business models to processes.
- Experience from a larger manufacturing company.
- Good communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English. It's a plus if you are fluent in one of the other Nordic Languages as well.

- A strong communicator and skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled at organizing, planning, and prioritizing your own work effectively and independently.
- Capable to analyze complex information and convert to holistic, business-centered overview.
- Positive and have a solution-oriented attitude, where you see challenges as exciting.
