Tele2 are now looking for a Business Process Architect!
Responsibilities:
* Analyze current, actual way of working and identify linked business processes with the process participants
* Review and update existing documentation
* Propose process re-engineering, merging different ways of working within the functions
* Design and develop process models and necessary documentation according to the Tele2 internal process framework using best-practice modelling notation
* Define roles and responsibilities and interfaces towards cross-organizational processes
* Propose process automatization and digitalization solutions, if applicable
* Design process measurements (KPIs) and establish their reporting framework
* Plan and manage implementation and propose a model for continuous improvements over the whole process life-cycle
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or quality is required, as is at least 5 years of experience in Quality Management/Process Management.
* Expertise in business process modelling and governance is required
* Expertise in current state process modeling, process re-engineering and future state workflow modeling, adapted to the company's model and notation, is required
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English and the ability to work well with people at all levels, from technical to management, are essential.
* Being experienced in driving initiatives with a pre-defined methodology based on best-practices is required
* Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills, with a high level of drive and initiative taking is necessary
* Proficiency in Visio is necessary
