The position
As a Business Information Analyst, you would be part of the Nordic Business Information Team. The team is end-to-end responsible for the management accounting operations in the Nordics. This includes managing the systems and processes to ensure timely delivery of complete and high quality information for reporting and for financial business partnering (steering the business performance).
The main responsibility of this role is to drive the local management reporting and financial information sharing agenda for Nordics. It supports all functions in the business in both the Retail as well as Food Solutions businesses and supports all four countries.
You report to the Head of Business Information Team and the position is based at the Unilever Nordic Head Office in Solna Business Park, Stockholm. The role is set in an international fast paced working environment, and offers you a fun work environment in a fast moving industry.
Key responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily and monthly local standard report package for Nordics, driving delivery on improvements and updates with support from our resources in Bangalore.
• First point of contact for local sales and management reporting queries/initiatives
• Lead the information simplification agenda for Nordics and ensure effective usage of business information tools in organization
• Manage the financial information sharing platforms for Nordics
• Support in the forecasting process by providing local forecasting input tools
Requirements
The right candidate has a minimum of 2 years working experience within finance and/or a degree in Finance. For this role you also need to be fluent in English, both written and verbal. You should have strong Excel skills and we see it as a plus if you also have experience in SAP BW or similar.
Knowledge in the Swedish language is seen as an asset.
As a person you are analytical and have a good sense for details. It's important that you are a team player with an "I-want-to-learn" attitude. You are also a good administrator and can work with and build great processes. To be successful you should be determined, flexible, goal oriented and stress resistant. You are comfortable working toward tight deadlines. You are also good with numbers and have a logical and analytical way of taking on new tasks.
