Position summary
Are you a committed, flexible, enthusiastic, creative person with an eye for details and a talent of building relationships? Then we are looking for you. White & Case in the Nordics is now recruiting for a Business & Marketing Specialist to our team based in Stockholm. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Development for the Nordic Region, to support in the daily work, but you will also run your own projects. This broad role includes both business development, marketing and communications, on various levels.
Duties and Accountabilities
Primary responsibilities of the role are varied and will include, but are not limited to:
¨ Prepare and execute responses to pitches and proposals, capability statements and other client presentations;
¨ Implement and execute a range of targeting and cross-selling initiatives including webinars/seminars, conference sponsorships and thought leadership;
¨ Develop and execute Marketing campaigns and client alerts, including monitoring the office's client contact lists;
¨ Manage the legal directories process including drafting submissions (Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, etc.), league tables and award entries;
¨ Manage the office's profile and presence on the Firm's intranet and website;
¨ Contribute to the office's global internal bulletins and to other firm marketing reports;
¨ Facilitate the sharing of information with marketing colleagues in other offices and practices;
¨ Maintain meaningful, convincing and concise marketing materials for the practices, consistent with the firm 's other marketing materials. This includes brochures, fact sheets, biographies, the website, social media and other collateral;
¨ Project manage some internal and/or external events;
¨ Support profile raising initiatives, including online, internally and externally;
¨ Working with Employer Brand and our Social media channels; and
¨ Other ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a business development role for a global law firm or other professional services firm.
Experience working within other requirements include:
¨ Attention to detail and the ability to produce work of the highest quality.
¨ The ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
¨ Fluent English written and oral communication skills. High-level written skills are critical.
¨ Sound analytical and decision-making skills and judgment in sensitive situations.
¨ A team player attitude, balanced with an ability to work independently.
¨ Attention to detail and the ability to produce work of the highest quality.
¨ The ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
¨ Strong interpersonal skills.
¨ The ability to engage, build strong relationships with, and gain the confidence of colleagues at all levels.
¨ A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
¨ Experience with CRM systems.
