We are looking for a BDM for Digital Enterprise ? Nordics. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Need to deliver on sales targets for the portfolio(s)
Increase the customer base for the Digital Enterprise products and services
Responsible to achieve Profit and Loss, customer satisfaction etc
Work closely with the delivery team to support the execution of the projects
Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers
Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals
Provide consulting services
Develop value added consulting solutions
Partner with the customers and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
Responsible for Nordics growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into new revenue streams
Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response
Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required
Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordics customers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
MBA in general management/marketing
Fluent in English
Experience in delivery, sales and pre-sales is a must
8+ Years of experience working in IT industry.
Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings,processes and operations in an offshore centric environment
Experience of working with CXO level client stakeholders and customers and Onsite/Offshore model
Understanding of the mobility, big data, analytics, cloud and social trends and technologies
Understand Nordic trends and needs
