Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible along with other sales team for growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets for the SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management technologies including SAP HANA, SAP BW and SAP Business Objects portfolio
• Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction
• Drive the creation of annual business plan where in the targets for the following Financial Year are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe
• Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings
• Work with TCS customers and prospects
• Identify new opportunities in market
• Perform Solution Architect role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses
• Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration
• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Fluent in English. Nordic languages is a plus
• Very good knowledge & understanding of Business Intelligence and Performance Management concepts with detailed understanding of all the tools and technologies in the market
• Experience and detailed understanding of BIG Data and Data Mining Technologies
• Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
At least 15 years experience in the following:
• IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
• Business development and creating GTM strategy
• CXO level client relationship management
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
• Specific focus on SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management, SAP HANA, SAP BW, SSAP BO, BIG DATA and Data Mining
