Collective Minds Radiology is a health-tech startup founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2017. We develop and deliver a cloud-based collaboration platform for healthcare with access to data, and human and digital expertise. We have customers and partners across Europe and we are growing rapidly. As a result, we are looking for more people to help us build the world's largest healthcare collaboration platform. We currently have 50 employees across our offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, London/Leeds, Copenhagen and Oslo.
We are looking to strengthen our sales team We are now looking for a person with an extraordinary drive, sales experience and track record of delivering results and with the passion to take part in our journey to build a global health-tech company that improves and makes a difference both for users and ultimately for the individual patient. As Sales Manager your main focus will be on building strong relationships with educational institutions and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our existing partners and customers to ensure that our platform meets their needs. In addition, you will collaborate with our product and marketing teams to tailor our offerings to the education sector. Your main goal is to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market. You love being out in the field, creating opportunities and closing deals for yourself, as well as mentoring your team to excel. You will be responsible for building the sales strategy, budget, and forecasts, as well as ongoing analysis and follow-up of business activities. Representing our company by attending relevant conferences and trade shows is also part of the job.
Who are we looking for? This job is ideal for someone with a successful sales track record in EdTech, or from selling education services within the healthcare sector, preferably from similar previous roles. Experience from other innovative SaaS companies with strong growth in the early stages is a big advantage. You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent within Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels of seniority (radiographers, administrators, education managers, doctors, hospital- and university management etc). We are looking for someone with a result-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills in market research and trend analysis. You also have excellent skills in English, both written and spoken, and a willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
