We are now looking for a Business Development Manager for our Incubation initiatives to pave the way for continued success for Axis!

What you'll do here as Business Development Manager?
Axis is identifying, validating, and developing new areas for growth - exploring new markets, products, services, and revenue models. We are now seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our incubation initiatives and drive Axis' future expansion, with a primary focus on the IT channel and SaaS initiatives.

In this role, you will join a team that is responsible for developing and implementing global sales and go-to-market strategies for the incubation initiatives. You will coordinate initiatives across Sales Regions, R&D, Product Management, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

You will be instrumental in coordinating the sales efforts with accounts that stem from incubation initiatives, as well as supporting their transition into existing or future partner programs. Furthermore, you will validate and strengthen incubation initiatives to accelerate sales in Axis' traditional setup, while driving strategies to enhance our presence in the IT channel.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead incubation initiatives to explore, validate, and scale new markets, products, and revenue models.

* Develop and execute global go-to-market and sales strategies for IT channel and SaaS initiatives.

* Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, R&D, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment and execution.

* Drive channel development and partner program integration for new business initiatives.

* Validate and transition successful incubation projects into the company's core business to accelerate revenue growth.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
You have proven experience in business development, sales, or go-to-market strategy, ideally in the IT channel or SaaS industry. You thrive in cross-functional environments, and you communicate with clarity and influence, and you can align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.

You have a strong grasp of partner/channel ecosystems, and know how to leverage them to drive scalable business. You are a self-starter who enjoys working on incubation initiatives, navigating ambiguity, and turning ideas into measurable results.
