We are looking for a Business Development Manager. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible along with the other sales team for growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets
• Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar organization goals
• Drive the creation of annual business plan where in the targets for the following Financial Year are finalised together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings
• Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives
• Perform Bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the overall organization objectives
• Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS?s global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
• Experience of working in multicultural and multi-industry environment
• Organization building skills: Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic and European market effectively and efficiently
• At least 15 years experience in the following:
• IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
• Business development and creating GTM strategy
• CXO level client relationship management
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
