We are searching for a Global Business Development Manager to take charge of our Power Equipment Sub-Segment. What you'll do
As the Global Business Development Manager for the Power Equipment Sub-Segment, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy shaping the future of the segment, driving initiatives to expand our market presence and accelerate our growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, from R&D to sales, to bring groundbreaking solutions to the market and transform industries. You will act as a Global Key Account Manager for strategic accounts, fostering partnerships and your client-centric approach will ensure exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and revenue growth.

Areas of responsibility/tasks:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to accelerate growth in the Power Equipment Sub-Segment globally.
Coordinate our sales initiatives with selected accounts, understanding their unique needs and defining a global account strategy. You'll drive global strategic partnerships and lead negotiations having a close collaboration with our sales organization. You will provide guidance and support to our sales teams ensuring our sales growth.
Keep a keen eye on market and industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities. You'll use this valuable intelligence to shape product roadmaps, create dedicated marketing material and define business strategies, ensuring we're always one step ahead.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners on a global scale. Your ability to engage with diverse cultures and adapt to different business landscapes will be crucial to your success.
Work closely with our Product Management teams to align product development with market demands. You'll be instrumental in bringing groundbreaking technologies and solutions to market, fostering our reputation as a market leader.
Collaborate closely with the global sales organization to align their strategies with your business development initiatives and key account plans. Your leadership will ensure synergy between the two functions, driving mutual success.
Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. You'll identify opportunities for continuous improvement and revenue optimization.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales management and business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth in technical industries. You have experience in managing key accounts on a global scale, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue growth.
