We continually explore new applications for our wireless technology and next in line is the upcoming launch of a brand new wireless DALI solution - W-DALI. This revolutionary new product range enables wireless lighting control in commercial buildings, drastically reducing installation times, streamlining project management, and empowering contractors and installers to tackle projects in locations and situations where installing new cables is simply not possible.

Role Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our W-DALI product line. This role encompasses two core aspects: hands-on operational sales activities and strategic business development initiatives.

As the Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will span acquiring new clientele and nurturing existing customer relationships. With a market full of potential, we need someone who excels in identifying new opportunities, bringing clients on board, and cultivating enduring partnerships. Collaborating closely with the Business Area Director, you'll also serve as a strategic ally, contributing to the formulation of business plans and go-to-market strategies for both new and established products. Your role involves executing established strategies, overseeing the progression of initiatives, and ensuring alignment with our go-to-market plans, customer segments, and geographical positioning.

About you

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A long and proven track record in driving B2B sales cycles from initiation to closure

• A strong drive for cultivating new client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships

• Profound business acumen enabling well-informed strategic decisions to drive our future growth

• Ideally, familiarity with the lighting and/or building automation industry

• Proficiency in both English and Swedish

• A driver's license
