Welcome to Emerson and join our great team at the exciting Marine Business Unit.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Develop sales strategies and drive the Marine Tank Gauging Business together with our Marine Sales Channel.
Develop and work together with our Marine Sales Teams in project pursuit to win projects.
Frequently visit key Customers and be present at Exhibitions and other Marketing events.
Provide the Marine Sales Channel with technical advice, application support and help them with quotations and commercial matters.
Participate in market studies, identify growth opportunities, provide input to and participate in Product Development Projects and work closely with Product Management and Marcom Teams.
Work with our Service and Spare Part Teams in supporting the Aftermarket Business.
Qualifications
If you have a lot of engagement and personal drive, this is a great match! It is important that you as a person, enjoy travelling, engaging with other cultures since you will be working in highly international business environment. Good interpersonal skills are required and you need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Driving license class B is required.
Preferably you have a master degree in engineering and commercial experience or a background from similar positions.
