Zenia is developing the next generation of smart marketing automation tools for small and medium sized e-commerce businesses, helping them automate their important marketing processes and generate more sales.

We're currently looking for our first full-time Business Developer who can multiply our current number of paying customers by a 1000.

What do we do?

The E-Commerce market is due to double in size to over 4.5 Trillion dollars within the next 3 years, so how can sellers stand out in a packed marketplace?

This is exactly what Zenia is solving!

Our SAAS tool is a One-Stop-Shop for sellers. Zenia helps sellers to market their products on social media, both organically and through paid posts by sharing - promoting - converting; providing high converting E-Commerce marketing traffic to their online stores.

What have we accomplished so far?

• Completed Beta Testing in March 2018 with feedback from over 700 users.
• Over 100 new users signing up per month from Sweden, China, India, the USA, and the UK.
• Selected for the STING accelerator as one of the top 7 startup companies in Stockholm.
• Zenia is backed by angel investors with a strong investment record from companies such as Truecaller, Bubbleroom, Karma, MyNewsDesk and Triggerbee.

Your Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Business Developer who can convert marketing leads into subscribers, as well as close enterprise deals and sign reseller partners.

This role will make you one of the early employees in the company and is pivotal for its success.

We are looking for someone who loves the thrill of sales, will relish the challenge of working in a small international team, but can also think about and contribute across a range of business areas.

We are therefore looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• That they are a top performing sales person, capable of building high performing sales teams
• That they can pitch effectively to a wide audience
• That they are happy to build the pipeline through structured prospecting (telesales, face to face, social selling etc.)
• That they can build an effective sales process and constantly refine it
• That they can listen and interpret the conversations they are having to provide feedback to the product and marketing teams

Knowledge of CRMs - Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce etc.
Experience of creating sales material that generates inbound leads.
A proven track record of lead conversion.
Independent and entrepreneurial - because you will be joining a team who have a growth mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (Mandarin is not a mandatory requirement for the role but advantageous).
Big plus (but not a requirement): You have worked at a startup before.
