www.radius.comWe are now looking for a Business Developer to our office in Malmö! As our sole company representative in Sweden, this is a fantastic chance to join our journey by developing and expanding the business in a very dynamic market.

Your responsibilities include:
• Representing and developing the Swedish market for the business
• B2B sales
• Maintainin and managing your existing customer portfolio
• Working closely with the Marketing, Sales, Finance and HR departments at company headquarters in the UK
• Liaising with suppliers
• Generating business where there has previously been no opportunity
• Negotiating with existing customers to maximize revenue and volume on a weekly basis
• Resolving customer issues and complaints
Experience and competencies required:
• A proven track record in sales/retention function is essential
• Experience in Sales Administration
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Hard working and self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to have articulate conversations
• A self-starter who works on their own initiative
• A quick learner with the ability to think on their feet
