SWECO Infrastructure AB is the 2nd largest subsidiary within the SWECO Company group, with app. 515 employees and an annual turnover of about app. 60 MEUR. The subsidiary SWECO Infrastructure's core business is consulting engineering within the market areas of Hydro-electrical Power, Integrated Water Resource Management, Infrastructure & Transportation, Nuclear power and waste, Ports & Bridges.
The applied areas of expertise are dominated by Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Hydrology, Hydraulics, Traffic Safety, Geology, Rock Mechanics et c.
The subsidiary SWECO Infrastructure has an extensive overseas business with continuously ongoing assignment around the world. The current market is growing fast in the fields of Hydro-electrical Power, Underground constructions and Integrated Water Resource Management.
To the Department for overseas business, we now have a temporary opening for an International Business Coordinator, starting December 1st, 2008, with the following Job Description:Reporting to:
Business Area Manager (BAM), Overseas Operations, SWECO Infrastructure AB.Tasks & Responsibilities
• Supporting the BAM in daily operations such as Project Economics, Project Administration
• Participate in producing international Expression of Interest documents as well as Proposal documents, with own responsibility for parts thereof.
• Supporting the Project Managers in field with administrative and commercial support, when executing their assignments.
• Supporting the subsidiaries admin. department with preparation of invoices and supporting documents with regards to the overseas operations.
• Proof reading of foreign languages (English, Spanish, Russian) and other quality controlling activities.
• Responsible for up-keeping of marketing documents, formal commercial documents, formal legal documents which are required for running the operations.Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience of producing professional written English in commercial documents as well as handling and presenting numbers in commercial presentations.
• Foreign language mentioned above as mother tongue. Fluent in speaking and writing in one additional language, Swedish or English.
• Experience from international export business from Sweden or overseas business in a country with English/Spanish/Russian spoken language.
• Experience from Consulting business is preferable
The successful candidate will be offered a 1/1 time or ¾ part time temporary employment at our head office in Stockholm, Gjörwellsgatan 22, Marieberg. The opening is primarily a 1 year maternity leave replacement, with possible chance for an extension. A permanent employment after 12 months will most likely be offered, depending of the performance of the Candidate. A minimal amount of travelling will be required.
