Our costumer is expanding continuously and therefore need to expand the Business Controller team at the IT Department, primarily at the Sales Online & Marketing and Business support function divisions. The Business Controller is part of a team reporting to the Division Business Controller.
As a Business Controller, you will work with financial management and follow-up in the Division and you will have responsibility for a specific area. You will work closely together with the Division Business Controller.
You will have contact with many different people and roles within the company, which requires that you lead by example and in accordance with our company values. With a focus on cost consciousness, you contribute to the Division?s ability to function in the most efficient possible manner.

Work Task
• Together with other Business Controllers work with financial planning, enter forecast into our financial planning tool and follow-up against actuals.
• Invoice handling ? review invoices against the contracts.
• Create reports and contribute to improve the reports and the reporting process.
• Undertake analysis and investigations which contribute to our efficiency and cost consciousness.
• Work with scenario analysis and other ad hoc reports/analysis.
• Support Business Controller and Contract Managers in evaluating different price models.
• Development and acceptance testing of the budget and reporting system

Specific Competence
• Some work experience, preferably within IT and/or administration and a relevant academic degree.
• Some experience of using tools for financial budgeting and follow-up (incl. MS Excel, pivot tables)
• Ability to visualize financial data into presentations
• Is a team player.
• Is focused on quality and have a structured way of working.
• Is analytical and a problem solver who likes working with numbers

Tools/Software
