Publiceringsdatum2020-01-16Om tjänstenGoovinn are a supplier to Polestar, the brand new electrical premium cars company. Goovinn are building their online presence for them, in interaction with several other IT suppliers.
Goovinn 's project team has grown from 5 persons in April 2019 to 85 persons today, and is due to keep on growing somewhat.
The team consists mainly of developers and some peripheral roles such as business analysts, UX/UI experts, system architects, project managers.
Start: As soon as possible, most definitely by January 29th.
Duration: 2020-12-31. Possibly 1 year extension.
Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
We are looking for an experienced business controller who can take over all reporting, data analysis and invoicing activities from various roles in the project.
Main responsibilities are:
• Secure that all project members report their activities as they should
• Analyze and report time spent in various views (we are implementing a new reporting system, Harvest, that should facilitate this task)
• Support invoicing with all necessary analysis and stakeholders coordination
• Track, consolidate, analyze and report various project KPIs (burn rate, agility, quality...)
• Prepare various data reporting packages to management (project, supplier, customer)
• Prepare ad hoc reporting based on management requests
• Propose and implement automatization and improvement activities for the project's reporting activities
Vem är du?
We're looking for someone who already has some controlling experience and is curious, thorough and interested in the business aspects of what the numbers report.
We'd like someone who will equally willingly input data in a spreadsheet and chase colleagues to get their input when needed, as perform analysis and reporting on said numbers.
The person needs to have enough controlling experience and flair to be able to identify main discrepancies, unusual totals and the like.
