To improve the internal financial services and management decision support, we will expand the Finance team in Gothenburg with a Business Controller. As Business Controller at CellMark you will have a key position within the finance department. You are expected to proactively contribute in the process of performance management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. You are business oriented, and strive to contribute to its success. Furthermore you will have numerous contacts both at CellMarks divisions around the world as well as internal contacts in the finance- and management team. The ideal candidate has excellent communications skills and has an open mind set. You will coordinate the planning processes and support managers by presenting short and long term plans. The roll includes continuous improvement and participating in various cross-functional projects to develop and streamline systems and processes. The Business Controller reports directly to the CFO.
Position: Gothenburg
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare decision support material for the BoD and management team
• Various analysis and forecast
• Back-up and support to the CFO
• Analyze KPI's
• Various projects
• Create presentation material for external financial institutions
• Other related tasks that would serve to improve the efficiency and result for the group
• Developing Cellmarks processes and systems locally
Job Qualifications/ Required competence:
• Academic degree in finance
• 3-5 years' experience in the field of controlling, preferably in an international environment
• Strong analytical capabilities as well as a good understanding of business drivers
• Experience in developing finance function processes and systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across the borders
• Ability to implement and execute processes
• As this is an international organization, it's important that you are able to communicate freely in both English and Swedish.
