Nederman is currently looking for a Business Controller reporting directly to the Group Controller. The role as Business Controller is one that suits an accounting or finance professional looking for a varied position, in which they can develop both personally and professionally in a growing group. The job is located in Helsingborg.
Responsibilities will include:
• Development and maintenance of reporting packages for group management
• Preparation of month end consolidated accounts for the group
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for group and senior management
• Involvement in the budget and forecasting process for the group
• Active support for group entities around the world
• Involvement in the preparation of quarterly and annual external reports
• Responsibility for various ad hoc projects with a group finance focus
Candidate profile
We think you, as a preferred candidate, should have a university degree in business or economics and preferably 2-5 years experience from an accounting environment and preferably group controlling. You have experience of group accounting and excellent excel and IT competence. Practical experience of Cognos Controller or any other leading consolidation software is an advantage.
You have an ambition to pursue a career in business controlling in a complex industrial environment. You have the ability to work in an international environment and develop an international mindset. You have the ability to work independently in a decentralized organization. The multi cultural environment requires fluency in English both written and spoken.

You are a structured individual with an analytical capacity,ambitious with a powerful self-drive. You are a communicative person who likes to build professional relationships with internal and external parties. You possess the ability to identify and realize process improvements and to collect relevant information for the task at hand. You are flexible with a high level of integrity and a sound judgement.
