Job Desription
As a business consultant at Tieto, you will guide and participate in client projects with respect to implementation and customization of our collection system, Nova. You will train the customer in the use of the system and work closely with its end users. Through a responsive and proactive approach, you will serve as the bridge between IT and business, ensuring successful fulfillment of customer expectations. Tieto has ambitious goals, both for customer satisfaction and the quality of our products and services.
Qualifications
• At least three years of experience in a problem-solving role in economics and finance.
* Experience and knowledge in the area of collection is an advantage.
* Good general understanding of information technology as well as SQL experience, including scripting.
* Experience with collection systems, particularly, Nova is an advantage.
* Experience with project management.
* Very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Other language skills are also a plus.

The position
The position is full-time with permanent employment status at Tieto Sweden AB, located in Göteborg or Skövde. Working hours are daytime with some travel. Location is Gothenburg or Skövde. The start date is negotiable.
