hela Sverige Embedded Systems and Electrical Engineering Solutions Area is a global organisation within the Develop Product & Aftermarket Portfolio Solution Unit (DVP SU). Our mission is to add significant value to our customers' business by providing them with world class solutions and services in process methodology- and IT-tools for product development. Our primary customers are the product development and process & IT organizations across the Volvo Group.
We are looking for passionate experts in the embedded software domain who have the desire to widen their scope and pursue a career as business consultants. Your task is to act as expert and facilitator to translate business needs into value adding, deliverable and cost efficient process & IT solutions.
Professional profile:
• Strong background and understanding in the area of embedded software development, the underlying process and IT- solutions.
• Ability to proactively identify scope and drive innovative solutions based on technology opportunities and best practices.
• Strategic mind-set and a structured way of working.
• Excellent communicator and ability to discuss issues with customers in a pedagogical way.
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders on different levels.
• Automotive background, understanding of Systems Engineering and supporting areas like Configuration Management is considered to be very positive.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• M.Sc. or equivalent
