Main Job Responsibilities . Be a Key Account Manager to one of our main customers. . Manage and coordinate the sales activities and the Key Account Managers within the Business Area. . Lead and motivate the sales team from your Business Area. . Prepare and submit sales strategies and objectives on Business Area level. . Perform portfolio analyze and execute necessary actions. . Sales analyses and follow-up, including management of the Balanced Score Card for your area. . Liaise with Site Managers to ensure that sales objectives are achieved. . Responsible for the RFQ process within the Business Area. . Report the sales activities from the Business Area to the Group via a monthly report.
Profile and Experience . Preferably with an academic technical background, such as engineering. . 6+ years of experience within manufacturing, sales and leadership. . Business driven with strong interest in Sales, Operations and Organization/Management. . Great leadership skills. . Experience from international corporations and/or from the manufacturing sector is highly qualifying. . Fluent English in writing and speaking is required. Knowledge in other languages is considered a merit. . High work ethics and strong working capacity. You are a natural leader, have a talent for sales and a business orientated mindset. The role requires a humble attitude and a capacity to work both in operational details as well with strategic issues. Travelling is a great part of your work, so we expect you to be flexible and to carry a B driving license.
