Your role:
As our Business Area Manager, you will be responsible for our business unit - Speed Box. Today Speed Box is the largest service provider of luggage storage in the Nordic region, in countries such as Sweden, Norway, Finland and Demark as well as in Spain. In this role, you will play an integral part in driving our strategy forwards and you will work with a variety of tasks from sales, business development to product development.
To develop and grow the business is a priority and to be able to do that, you will develop our existing products as well as identify new potential sales and partners. One of the biggest responsibilities in this role is to build strong and lasting professional relationships. You set clear expectations of what should be achieved, when and by whom, and have the ability to plan, execute and follow up on work done by external and internal teams in parallel. Key responsibilities:
Collect and evaluate relevant data to identify new markets and prospects.
Expand the network of luggage boxes in current markets.
Lead negotiations, key account management of large facility owners, coordinate complex decision-making processes and work towards maximizing opportunities.
Full profit and loss responsibility for the Speed Box.
Set requirements towards internal stakeholders regarding the development, procurement, production and service of luggage boxes.
Identifying new business opportunities and user cases for boxes and a clear strategy to make it happen.
Your profile:
To succeed in this role, we believe you have extensive experience working in a leadership position as well as working with B2B sales. As our Business Area Manager, you are a positive, motivated, and innovative person with great energy and new ideas.
Additionally, we believe that you have:
Relevant bachelor degree, for example engineering or business.
Experience with people management and acting as a team lead
Striving towards improving and setting new goals for the company as well as yourself.
A driving factor towards the implementation of change.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in presenting, organizing, multitasking as well as has a good eye for time management
You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

We have the vision to give life to public spaces and simplify everyday life for people on the move. Today speed International consists of the business areas Speed Megatec, Speed Photo and Speed Box. We also have a daughter company in Speed Identity. We are specialists in various types of automated solutions in public environments. We are active in areas such as digital signage, vending machines, public Wi-Fi, photo booths, and various types of luggage lockers, mainly at travel centres. Being in the business for over 60 years has given us a great knowledge in product and system development, installation, operation, monitoring and service. During the latest year we have started a transformation, digitalizing our business, building a brand around our products and scaling up. Today we have a lot of new and exciting plans in the making, where we seek to expand at a fast pace.
We have most of our services in train stations, airports, bus stations and shopping malls in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark. Speed Box does also have a business in Spain, where you will find our storage lockers at train station and bus terminal.
