Business and Operations Analyst.
This position will be located either in Malmö or Varberg, depending on your preference.
About the job
As a Business and Operations Analyst at Procera you will play an important role, working closely to Product Managers but also many other stakeholders within the company. You will report to head of R&D.
Your work consists of analyzing the business and together with Product Management suggest improvements to ensure better profitability. You will ensure we always have operational performance & quality metrics that are accurate, up to date and available to the whole organization via tools like JIRA and Confluence. You will also drive definition and follow-up of KPIs and measurements in the areas of Product Management and R&D.
Your Skills
Excellent competence in JIRA and Salesforce
Good knowledge in SW Development processes
Good knowledge about Business Support Systems
Knowledge in Market analysis and product management
Knowledge about programming, scripting and automation
Knowledge about measurements, metrics and visualization (web programming is a merit)
Our ideal candidate
You are a social and outspoken person with a positive, supportive attitude. You have high focus on structure and processes and loves to define, visualize, analyze and automate measurements and metrics. You have a good understanding of software development and a strong interest in Quality and Business Management. You are curious and interested in finding new ways of doing things and always strive to improve the operations and business. You are self-going and drives your responsibilities and area forward, with input from and together with the rest of the organization.
This is a fulltime positon located either in Malmö or Varberg, depending on your preference.
