hela Sverige Siemens Financial Services is recruiting for a Business and Customer Excellence Specialist to be based in the Nordics. This role will be a vital strategic part of the Business and Customer Excellence Team to ensure the development of continuous improvement, lean methodology and customer service excellence within the already very successful Nordic business to maximize the businesses potential. The role will continue to develop expertise in process and project management and also be expected to share and develop this knowledge in all functions.
What are my responsibilities?
• Provide thought leadership on business excellence and customer service differentiation to the management community. To assist in the continued development of a continuous improvement culture within the Nordic Region
• To provide internal project management discipline and expertise in the delivery of the improvement work that has been agreed
• To support and coach the design and deliver the required business methodology for implementing organizational changes; Business Cases, ROI etc. Effectively coaching into the business new tools and methodologies.
• To help co-ordinate and coach the activities of the Business Excellence community in order to achieve business efficiency targets
• Identify and support key process re-engineering and mapping, utilizing own skills in Lean methodology and facilitation
• Communicating progress of key projects and initiatives in Customer & Business Excellence by utilizing key Communication tools. (SharePoint)
• To support the process of automation towards the goal of the paperless office to assist the digitalization capability of the business.
• Support and where applicable project manage small to medium projects across utilizing own project management skills
• Set up and maintain planners for HR processes to support Line Managers in the delivery on the Business Program
What do I need to qualify for the role?
• Knowledge of business improvement and change management techniques - Lean Exposed awareness and or Lean Champion know how
• Basic understanding of asset finance products, processes and legal requirements
• Has experience of process improvement implementation
• Ability to work in multi disciplinary teams, leading change projects
• Negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing, stakeholder management, process lifecycle management
• Appreciation of working in a multi cultural environment, particularly within Northern Europe
• Understanding of customer behaviors and the impacts they have on SFS
• Financial services background would be preferred but not essential
